Your Story Matters
It is my belief that nobody escapes this life without a complex story.
It’s these complexities that lay the groundwork for how we see the world. They can cause pain, confusion, anger, and anxiety. But they can also result in joy, optimism and openness. In order to minimize negative outcomes and maximize positive ones, it’s helpful to retell our experiences in an environment where there is support and compassion. Within this space, we can understand our behavior and decide if these thoughts and actions continue to serve us.
As a mental health professional, it is important for me to identify underlying themes, problematic patterns and coping mechanisms, so we can untether those from the life you are hoping to live.
The goal of my practice is to help each client individually define their version of fulfillment and walk with them on the journey to get there.
